ON a day when the PlayR-Fit Championship was decimated by Storm Elin, Institute missed the chance to breeze into second place when they surprisingly lost 3-1 to Annagh United at the Brandywell.

A Stevie Murray double and a goal for Jack Evans did the trick for Annagh, Stute replaying through Tiarnan McKinney.

In the only other game to survive, Ards and Ballinamallard drew 2-2 at Clandeboye Park.

Leaders Dundela's clash with Bangor at Wilgar Park, promotion-chasing Portadown's match with Ballyclare Comrades at Shamrock Park, Newington's trip to Knockbreda and Dergview at home to H&W Welders were all called off.

Dundela are three points ahead of Niall Currie's second placed Ports with a game in hand.
