A 45-year-old man has been arrested after £100,000 in cash and a small quantity of suspected cocaine was seized by police in Co Tyrone.

The seizure and arrest followed members of the PSNI's Organised Crime Branch stopping a car in the Moy area on Friday.

A PSNI spokesperson said the search was part of an ongoing operation targeting organised crime groups involved in the supply of drugs.

The 45-year-old was arrested on suspicion of possessing a Class A drug and possession of criminal property.

He remained in police custody on Friday evening.
