A 34-year-old man who died following an assault in Belfast on Friday May 27 has been named as 34-year-old David Conville.
Mr Coville, who was from south Belfast, was injured in a "serious assault" in Abingdon Drive off Donegall Road in the south of the city.
A 30-year-old man has been charged in connection with the incident and is due to appear before Belfast Magistrates Court this morning.
