A motorcyclist in his forties has died following a crash in Co Donegal.
The single-vehicle collision happened in the Glenties area on Sunday afternoon.
The man has been named locally as Arnie Whyte, from the Convoy area.
Emergency services arrived at the scene of the crash on the R262 road shortly after 4pm and Mr Whyte received medical treatment, but was pronounced dead a short time later.
Garda forensic investigators examined the scene ahead of a report being sent to the local coroner, while officers have appealed for witnesses or motorists with dash-cam footage to contact them.
Mr Whyte, a father-of-two, was a truck driver with Goudie Bros Transport, based in the Carrickadawson area.
In a statement posted to Facebook, a spokesperson for the company paid tribute to "a great driver and friend".
