Man taken to hospital after Ormeau Road crash

A MAN was taken to hospital following a crash involving four vehicles on a busy thoroughfare in south Belfast.
The Saturday night incident close to the junction of the Ormeau Road and Carolan Road caused traffic disruption for several hours.
Motorists were urged to avoid the area.
One eye witness said one of the vehicles involved had been "up-ended".
Both police and Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service attended the scene.
In a statement yesterday, police said: "One man was taken to hospital for treatment to his injuries.
"The road re-opened a short time later."
