Demand for auction platform continues to rise this summer

This four bed semi-detached holiday home on the grounds of the famous five star Lough Erne Resort generated significant interest. The property was sold to a delighted new owner for £240,000.

In Tyrone, in partnership with CPS Property, the auction team sold a former care facility known as Bell Gray House in Newtownstewart, Omagh.

The property garnered strong interest and the vendor accepted an above reserve bid of £253,000, just two weeks after the property launched to market.

Elsewhere in Newry, a luxury four bedroom home with an additional two bedroom detached house was successfully sold via the iamsold Online Platform. 117 Kingsmill Road, Bessbrook was offered to the market by Collins & Collins and sold for £385,000.
