Some successful recent sales include: 29 Lough Erne Golf Village, Enniskillen which was offered for sale by McGovern Estate Agents at bids over £225,000. This four bed semi-detached holiday home on the grounds of the famous five star Lough Erne Resort generated significant interest. The property was sold to a delighted new owner for £240,000.
In Tyrone, in partnership with CPS Property, the auction team sold a former care facility known as Bell Gray House in Newtownstewart, Omagh.
The property garnered strong interest and the vendor accepted an above reserve bid of £253,000, just two weeks after the property launched to market.
