A BELFAST commercial law firm has expanded into new Grade A office space in the Cathedral Quarter.

Davidson McDonnell, has moved to new office space in Longbridge House, alongside eateries, Pizza Punks and Bunsen. Larger office space was required by the firm due to a series of expansions.

The move was marked with an office warming attended by clients of the firm’s four core practice areas, commercial property, corporate/commercial, dispute resolution and finance.

Established by Ross Davidson and David McDonnell in 2015 with a niche commercial property focus, the practice responded to client requirements in 2016, diversifying into corporate/commercial and dispute resolution. This year, the firm again increased it’s offering to include finance.

Speaking about the latest expansion, Mr Davidson said:

"It’s a credit to our team and our loyal clients that we have been able to invest in the future of the firm with a move to this office. We would like to thank the Martin Group and Residence Interiors for all their support and assistance with the fit out and design. We are looking forward to working in this vibrant city centre location."

Davidson McDonnell is headed up by Ross Davidson and David McDonnell and boasts one of the most experienced commercial property teams in Northern Ireland.

Over the past couple of years, Davidson McDonnell have provided legal advice on some of the largest commercial property and corporate transactions in the north.
