Stephen O'Brien named to start for Kerry in All-Ireland final

JACK O’Connor has made one change to his Kerry starting team ahead of Sunday’s All-Ireland final with Dublin.

Super sub Stephen O’Brien, who made a notable impact when sprung from the bench in Kerry’s two-point win over Derry in the semi-final, earns a starting berth.

The experienced wing forward comes into the starting line up ahead of Adrian Spillane, who drops to the bench.

Tony Brosnan, who also appeared as a second half sub against the Oak Leaf County, has been ruled out due to a recurrence of a respiratory condition.

Killian Spillane has recovered from an ankle injury that has sidelined him for the majority of the season and he replaces the Dr Crokes clubman in the Kerry matchday panel of 26.

Star man David Clifford will captain O’Connor’s side as the Kingdom hope to retain the Sam Maguire Cup.
