Gardaí have issued a fresh appeal for information over the murder of a teenager in Co Louth.

The body Cameron Reilly (18) was found in a field at Rivervale, Dunleer, at around 8am on Saturday.

He was last seen in the vicinity of Ardee Road in the town at approximately 12.30am on the same day.

Gardaí want anyone in his company or has information about his movements to contact them.

They also want help to locate the victim’s phone - an Apple iPhone 8X (64GB) with a green hard back cover, and space grey in colour.

They have asked residents and business owners in the town not to put out their bins for collection until they are sure his phone is not in the bin.

Investigators believe the device may be critical to the investigation.
