A 41-YEAR-OLD man from Northern Ireland was arrested after drugs worth €2.4 million were seized at Dublin Port.

Almost 10kg of herbal cannabis and a smaller amount of cannabis resin was discovered in crates in a truck that had disembarked from a ferry from Holyhead on Wednesday evening.

The man was last night being questioned at Store Street Garda station in Dublin and the PSNI were assisting with the investigation.
