Three remanded over arms cache sized at west Dublin warehouse

THREE men have been remanded in custody after appearing in court charged in connection with the seizure of a cache of guns and ammunition.

The find was made at a warehouse at Greenogue Industrial Estate in Rathcoole, west Dublin, on Tuesday.

Declan Brady, 50, The Park, Wolstan Abbey, Celbridge, Co Kildare, Johnathon Harding, 44, of McNeill Court, Sallins, Co Kildare, and James Walsh, 33, of Neilstown Drive, Clondalkin, in Dublin, are each facing three charges.

They include possession of five handguns, a silencer and 20 rounds of ammunition at the warehouse, Dublin District Court was told.

All three were remanded in custody to appear again at Cloverhill District Court by video link on February 1.
