A WOMAN in her forties arrested in connection with the gangland murder of Gareth Hutch is to appear in court in Dublin on Tuesday.
The woman, who is married with children, is accused of failing to disclose information that could have prevented a serious offence.
She is the first person to be charged in connection with the murder of the 35-year-old in Dublin on Tuesday of last week.
Mr Hutch was shot dead outside an apartment complex on North Cumberland Street, close to O'Connell Street.
Two other people, a man and a woman who were also arrested in connection with the murder, were still being held last night.
Mr Hutch was the seventh victim of an escalating feud between the Kinahan and Hutch crime gangs.
