Derry's famously epic Halloween celebrations returned over the weekend, with families enjoying 'spine-tingling surprises' around every corner of the city.
With the 'Awakening the Walled City Trail' among the many ghostly attractions taking place until Tuesday, the high standards of spectacle and creativity expected did not disappoint.
An estimated 100,000 people are estimated to attend this year's festivities which take place at 14 key locations across the city as well as extending into Strabane and Donegal.
The finale on Tuesday's Halloween night will see the return of the carnival parade and a huge fireworks display that is expected to attract around 40,000 people.
A brand new addition to the lineup will also see an aerial display of one hundred drones, projecting a range of spooky images over the skies of St Columb's Park.
