THE death of a man in Co Cavan is no longer being treated as suspicious, gardaí have said.
The 51-year-old man had been found unresponsive and with serious injuries at an apartment in Blacklion on Thursday.
Gardaí had arrested a man in his 30s following the discovery.
But he was released without charge on Friday following the results of a post-mortem.
Gardaí will now complete a file for the coroner.
