THE funerals of three friends who died in a road traffic collision in Co Tyrone will take place this weekend.

Peter Finnegan, from Clogher, Nathan Corrigan, from Garvaghy, and Peter (Petey) McNamee, from Sixmilecross, were killed after their car was in collision with a lorry on the Omagh Road near Garvaghy, in the early hours of Monday.

All three men were in their early twenties.

"Two hard-working young men with very bright futures ahead that formed a huge part of the OHM family and they will both be sorely missed by all of us".

Posting on Facebook, Aimee McNamee said her brother Peter was her "shining star in the sky".
