A 56-year-old man has been questioned by detectives investigating the murder of Daniel McClean in north Belfast in February.
Police said the man was detained under the Terrorism Act in north Belfast yesterday.
Mr McClean was shot a number of times while sitting in a red Audi Q2 car on the Cliftonville Road on February 2.
The 54-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene.
