POLICE have confirmed that the body found in Ballynahinch on Wednesday afternoon was that of 47-year-old Keith McClure.
The discovery was made in the Dunmore Road area of the Co Down town.
A spokesperson said a post mortem has been carried out and the death is not being treated as suspicious.
A public appeal for information on Mr McClure was issued when he failed to return home after taking the family dog for a walk in the Spa Grange area around 11pm on Tuesday night.
