SIX men arrested in west Belfast as part of a police probe into paramilitary-style shootings have been released.

The men, aged between 39 and 50, were held by detectives from the PSNI’s Reactive and Organised Crime Branch investigating attacks last month October.

A PSNI spokesman said all six were released unconditionally on Tuesday.

Recent paramilitary-style shootings in west Belfast include an attack that injured a man in his 30s in the Springview Walk area earlier this month, and the murder of 43-year-old Joe Reilly at his Poleglass home in October.
