Car crashes into east Belfast restaurant

A CAR has smashed into the front window of a restaurant in the Ballyhackamore area of east Belfast after colliding with another vehicle.

It happened at Graze restaurant on the Upper Newtownards Road and it is understood no-one was injured.

The convertible Jaguar struck the front window of the restaurant and a brick wall at around 10am.

Police are at the scene.

A PSNI spokesmam said: "Just after 10am on Tuesday 21 September, police received a report of a car colliding with another car and into commercial premises in the Upper Newtownards Road area of East Belfast. There are no reports of any injuries in this incident."
