TBL International, Learning & Development Officer (Titanic, Belfast)

TBL International is a management company that works to create world class experiences. Evolving from its successful operation of Titanic Belfast, the company has gone from strength-to-strength and has added other venues to its portfolio including the SS Nomadic and TEC Belfast.

The Learning and Development Officer will work as part of a small but busy HR Team and will be integral to supporting ongoing training and development of teams. 

As part of this role the successful candidate will be directly supporting the delivery of the overall strategic plan for the business. Working collaboratively within the team and across the organisation the successful candidate will be required to influence decisions around learning and development in a constructive and supportive style.

Wrightbus, Administrative Assistant (Ballymena)

Zero-emissions bus manufacturer Wrightbus has unveiled plans for more jobs and widespread European expansion following 12 months of strong growth.

Named Northern Ireland’s fastest-growing business by Growth Index this month, as well as the fastest-growing bus manufacturer in Europe, Wrightbus has come a long way since it was rescued out of administration by Jo Bamford in 2019.

With a workforce heading towards 2,000 people, Wrightbus seek to appoint an administrative assistant reporting to the supply chain manager.

Working in the Metallix department, the successful candidate will assist in Purchasing/Inventory Administration duties with the Supply Chain Function.
