A STUDENT accused of raping a young woman in Northern Ireland is suspected of sharing other "sexually compromising" footage online, a court heard yesterday.

London-based Daryl Concepcion allegedly carried out the sex attack after arranging on social media to meet three females.

The 18-year-old had been returned to custody amid claims of flouting an order not to use Facebook while proceedings continue.

He was granted bail again but banned from accessing any internet devices.

Concepcion, a Filipino national of Lovell Place in London, currently only faces charges of raping and sexually assaulting one of women in August this year.

Meetings with her and the two others were said to have taken place at locations in Belfast and on the north coast during a three-day trip to Northern Ireland.

Belfast Magistrates' Court heard previously that images and videos recovered from Concepcion's mobile phone were being examined.

A defence lawyer argued that he had been invited by the women to Northern Ireland, with another of the trio describing any sexual activity as consensual.

But police claimed his encounter with that 17-year-old was filmed without her knowledge, and videos later shared on a Facebook group chat.

Concepcion was bailed in the summer, but detained again for allegedly breaching a prohibition on using social media.

Opposing his re-release a detective referred back to alleged behaviour connected to the original charges.

"There are videos of them in sexually compromising positions, we believe he has shared with friends," she said.

Facebook has been contacted to check for any further footage. The court was told there is no evidence that Concepcion did share any clips.

Granting bail once more, District Judge Fiona Bagnall cautioned him: "You are to have no contact with the injured parties on any level - on Facebook or any other platform.

"If you do, you will be back in Northern Ireland and in custody."
