The woman at the centre of the notorious 'Lying Eyes' case in the Republic is living in Belfast.
Sharon Collins was found guilty in 2008 of soliciting a hitman to murder her wealthy partner PJ Howard and his two sons, Robert and Niall.
Egyptian-born poker dealer Essam Eid was also jailed for extortion after he demanded €100,000 from Mr Howard's son to 'buy out' the contract on their lives.
From Ennis in Co Clare, Collins was said to have used the internet alias 'lyingeyes98' to send a €15,000 down-payment on the contract.
After serving three years and nine months of her six-year sentence in Limerick prison, she was released in 2012.
Speaking to the Sunday Independent yesterday, the 51-year-old again protested her innocence and spoke about finding a new start in Belfast where she is working as a masseuse and professional dog walker.
She is said to have been living recently in the east of the city.
"Everyone deserves a second chance. I should be able to get on with my life," she said.
"I was only supposed to come to Belfast for a break for six months but I have made good friends here now. People have been really, really good to me."
