It's day four at Gwrych Castle in north Wales and two new celebrities are joining the camp. Instead of the obvious - Zig and Zag - we're getting West End star Ruthie Henshall and classical singer Russell Watson.

Russell has been working out something shocking to get in shape for all that sitting around the campfire so that was time well spent.

The pair face a vomit-inducing eating challenge before they can officially join the camp so here's hoping Ruthie's self-distraction technique is to belt out songs from Les Mis.

9.06pm  Victoria Derbyshire has had a comedy masterclass from Shane Richie and her joke telling is a Lidl better. But only a Lidl

9.16pm AJ and Jessica are playing Tetris IRL

9.19pm They've won enough coins to take to Kiosk Cledwyn who's offering bread and butter or sweet popcorn. They've chosen bread and butter and excitement levels are at last night's garlic levels

9.25pm  Ruthie and Russell have made a very low key entrance

9.28pm Russell is relatively good with his mouth (his words) so he's going bobbing in the barrel for the punchlines to jokes while Ruthie hangs out in the stocks in a trial called Stage Fright

9.35pm Bobbing in a barrel filled wth rotten fruit and veg AND a chipped tooth. Russell's not having the best start is he? He looks miserable

9.39pm Blooming heck Vernon guesses the punchlines in a nanosecond. He must love Christmas crackers  

9.43pm Russell and Ruthie have danced in waders filled with creepy crawlies and won 11 stars for the camp which means plenty of food for dinner and instant gratitude from the hungry horde

9.48pm The campmates are like first-time home owners showing friends around their new house. Sweet!

9.54pm  Oxtail for tea. Mo is ripping

9.59pm  Ant and Dec are revealing which campmates are going to take part in theTrapped Door trial. Cut to the chase Ant and Dec, it's going to be Jordan

10pm Yip, we're going back to Turf Moor
