Let the world be your oyster at the annual Hillsborough International Oyster Festival 2015.

Running from September 1-6, this world-famous festival offers visitors the opportunity to sample the finest locally sourced produce and be entertained by artists and fun activities.

This year sees the return of the World Oyster Eating Championship, Blues Brothers Ball, Oyster Masters Golf, Super Car Dream Sunday and Soapbox Derby.

A number of exciting new events include the Hillsborough gourmet pop-up restaurant and Oyster Festival musical evening.

To celebrate the launch of the new gourmet pop-up restaurant, Hillsborough International Oyster Festival are giving one lucky winner the chance to win this fantastic prize: a cookery class at the Mourne Seafood Bar, private cocktail class for eight people at The Plough Inn, Hillsborough and a family pass for four to the festival fun day on Saturday September 5.
