Bangor-born folk-worship outfit Rend Collective are bringing their trademark energy back to Belfast this autumn with a headline date at the SSE arena, fresh from the US leg of their FOLK! tour.
The night promises what the band describe as “an investment in joy,” mixing new material with well-loved favourites in a style which has won them fans across the globe.
Known for confetti-filled finales and foot-stomping anthems, Rend Collective’s live shows are equal parts worship and celebration.
Formed out of a church community in Bangor in the early 2000s, the group first broke through with Build Your Kingdom Here, which made it into the top 20 on the National Christian Audience Chart.
Their 2014 release The Art of Celebration went straight to number one on the Billboard Christian Albums Chart, marking their arrival as a global force in contemporary worship.

Subsequent albums, including As Family We Go (2015), Good News (2017), Choose to Worship (2020) and Whosoever (2022), have cemented their reputation for combining authenticity with infectious joy.
Their latest project, FOLK!, released in 2024, returns to their roots with a stripped-back, celebratory sound.
Alongside the band’s high-octane performance, the Belfast show will feature special guest Benjamin William Hastings, the Northern Irish singer-songwriter best known for his work with Hillsong United and his acclaimed solo material.
For Rend Collective, the concert is more than a homecoming, it is a reminder of their mission to spread “hope, light and fun” wherever they play. Fans can expect an evening of worship that feels more like a festival, right in the heart of Belfast.
