BELFAST-based React Accident Management has pledged to create up to 10 jobs in the next 12 months in roles including claim handlers, customer services advisers and recovery drivers.

Launched in January 2021 by Martin Conlon, React says it has experienced a 350 per cent year-on-year increase in business and offers a complete service to motorists involved in collisions including full accident management, vehicle recovery, vehicle replacement and repairs, insurance claims and legal and medical assistance.

The company (www.reactaccidentmanagement.com) has invested £300,000 to give customers a choice of unbranded replacement vehicles, offering manual and automatic drive, electric and hybrid, and PSV and dual-control vehicles.

Mr Conlon said: “Our aim is to minimise vehicle and driver disruption, and in the last year we've helped hundreds of motorists in Northern Ireland to get back on the road after a collision.

“The growth of our business to date has been mainly due to word of mouth from our customers, which speaks volumes about the service we provide.

“We give customers like-for-like replacement vehicles, which are unbranded, because we know they don’t want other people to know they have been in an accident and are driving a courtesy car.”

He added: “We work in partnership with other local businesses including repair garages, recovery operators, solicitors and insurance companies, so people can be confident in the efficient, quality service they are getting.

“Given our growing customer base, we look forward to expanding our team and plan to welcome 10 new members of staff in the months ahead to help React continue to help people get back on the road as quickly as possible.”
