PROPERTY firm Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has made four new appointments to its team in Belfast, including two directors.

Gráinne Leathem has been appointed as director of commercial property management, while Carolyn Avery has been named director of lease advisory.

LSH has also made two additional appointments to its property management accounts team, with Rahul Sodhi joining as senior client accountant and Diana Kaliczka as credit controller.

The firm, which now employs 78 people in its Belfast office, is the north’s largest commercial real estate business.

Its recent deals include the sale of Ards Shopping Centre in Newtownards and Central Park, Mallusk, the largest industrial transaction in Northern Ireland in 2022.
