THE Linen Green retail village near Dungannon is back on the market with a £4.5 million price tag.

The former linen mill turned upmarket shopping destination last changed hands in 2015, when it was put up for sale for £5m.

London-based property firm the Neptune Group snapped up the Moygashel asset in 2015.

The company has now put the ten-acre site back on the market for less than it paid for it. The Linen Green includes 122,266 sq ft of retail, restaurant, office and residential space. The sale also includes a number of vacant and derelict buildings.

According to property firm Osborne King, the scheme produces a net annual income of just under £450,000.

The site is marketed with development potential, including a potential new grocery store.
