A LUXURY serviced apartment development in Liverpool owned and operated by a Belfast businessman is due to open next month.

Tom Smyth is behind Dream Apartments, which is celebrating one year in business by launching another 50 luxury, fully-serviced apartments at Water Street in the heart of Liverpool's business district, creating 20 new jobs in the process.

The one and two-bedroom properties have been built to service the corporate and leisure guest, with many featuring private roof gardens and panoramic views across Liverpool’s skyline.

Dream Apartments (www.dreamapartments.co.uk) is now among the leading serviced accommodation providers in the UK with more than 300 properties, a figure which is set to grow by a further 25 per cent in the next 12 months.

Mr Smyth said: “I'm thrilled to celebrate our first year in business with the launch of this fantastic new Water Street development which will enable us to meet the demand for luxury, high-end, fully-serviced apartments in one of the UK’s leading business destinations.

“Liverpool is a global city, with a forward-thinking perspective and exceptional economic strengths. Blue-chips, start-ups, entrepreneurs and emerging talent are attracted to Liverpool by investment opportunities, business benefits and a fantastic city to live, work and socialise in.”
