Kodaline announce Belfast Custom House Square show

KODLAINE have announced a concert at Belfast's Custom House Square this summer.

The Dublin band, whose most recent release is their live album Our Roots Run Deep, will perform on Friday August 11. Tickets will go on sale on Friday March 31 at 10am via ticketmaster.ie.

The live record includes stripped-down versions of Kodaline favourites, plus covers of Bring It On Home To Me by Sam Cooke, Michael Jackson's Billie Jean and the band's rendition of Dirty Old Town.

As singer Steve Garrigan explains of the latter: “We are Irish and that song is like the unofficial national anthem of Ireland, or one of. It's in our blood.”

The band’s fourth studio album, 2020's One Day At A Time, reached number two in Ireland and number 33 on the UK album chart. Previously, the quartet have enjoyed two UK Top 5 albums, three Irish number one albums and more than a billion streams via Spotify.
