A man has denied causing the death of his brother and his cousin by dangerous driving when he appeared at Derry Crown Court.
Dylan McDonald (21) of Allen Park in Donemana, Co Tyrone, was charged with causing the death by dangerous driving of his brother Michael (21) and cousin Aaron McDonald (19).
The charges are linked to a crash on the Victoria Road, Newbuildings, on June 3, 2015.
When arraigned on the charges he entered pleas of not guilty.
McDonald was also charged with causing death or injury while being an uninsured driver and being without a licence on the same dates and he pleaded guilty to these counts.
He also admitted having a fraudulent number plate on the same date.
The court was told that the defence had requested an engineer's report.
McDonald was disqualified from driving immediately after his plea of guilty and was released on continuing bail.
His case will be mentioned again on February 20.
