AFTER another exciting and dramatic county season, the Irish News will be recognising Ulster’s finest at the Irish News Ulster GAA Allstar awards on the Friday, September 30 – and you could be there.

The event will honour 60 players across four codes and crown four players of the year at the Ulster Hall in Belfast.

Tomorrow Irish News readers will have the chance to buy tickets to attend the event and see the award-winning players as voted for by readers, as well as enjoying a great night’s entertainment.

Compered by Patrick Kielty (right), the evening will feature the presentation of awards, a Q&A with former Kerry star and current Armagh coach Kieran Donaghy and musical entertainment from Odhrán Murphy, RUE Music and John Garrity, with doors opening at 8.30pm.

Public balcony tickets will go on sale tomorrow, allowing you to sample the excitement of the evening and see who will take away the top prizes in men’s and ladies’ football, hurling and camogie.

There will also be the opportunity to buy a table for the event to sit with the stars. This will include a drinks reception on arrival from 6pm, a three-course fine dining meal and floor seating for a great night’s entertainment.
