A man has been arrested by gardai investigating a fatal hit-and-run in Co Limerick last month.
A man in his 20s was killed in the crash on the Dublin Road in Castletroy on Friday October 13.
He was a pedestrian and the crash involved two cars.
The driver of one of the cars failed to remain at the scene.
A man and a woman in the other car were taken to University Hospital Limerick for treatment of injuries believed to be non-life-threatening at the time.
On Sunday, gardai said they had arrested a man in his late teens under Section 42 of the Criminal Justice Act 1999.
He is detained at Limerick City Garda station.
