GARDAÍ in Co Donegal have renewed their appeal for information on the death of a pedestrian in Killybegs.

Eileen Kennedy, who was aged in her 60s, died on Tuesday January 10 after being struck by a van in the Main Street area of the town shortly before 5.45pm.

She was pronounced dead at the scene.

A Gardaí spokesperson said the force was renewing its appeal for witnesses to the collision or those with dash-cam footage to come forward and contact them at Killybegs Garda Station on 074 973 1002, Ballyshannon Garda Station on 071 985 8530 or the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111.
