A man and woman questioned by police investigating a disturbance at a Derry hotel have been released.
They were arrested on Thursday on suspicion of assault following the report of a disturbance at premises in the Crescent Link area.
Police said on Friday that the man was issued with a Community Resolution Notice for resisting police and disorderly behaviour.
The woman was released unconditionally.
