THE sudden death of a hotel guest in Belfast city centre is not being treated as suspicious, police have said.

A PSNI spokesperson said the report of a sudden death at the hotel on Alfred Street was received around 4.30am on Saturday.

A Premier Inn spokesperson later confirmed a guest had passed away, adding: "Our thoughts are with their family and friends at this very sad time."
