Police investigating the murder of Shane Whitla in Lurgan on Thursday 12 January have arrested a 25-year-old man on suspicion of murder.
He was arrested this morning and has been taken to Musgrave Serious Crime Suite for questioning.
Mr Whitla (39) was found lying in Lord Lurgan Park on Thursday night with a puncture wound to his throat. A post mortem examination established that he had died as a result of a "bullet wound to the chest".
A 29-year-old man arrested by police in connection with the murder was released on bail this morning.
Police are reiterating their appeal for anyone with information to contact them on 101.
