A 39-year-old man is due to appear in court charged in connection an ongoing investigation into activities linked to the west Belfast UDA.
Police said the man, who was arrested in the Shankill area of Belfast in June by officers from the Paramilitary Crime Task Force, returned for interview.
He was later charged with a number of offences, including possession of a Class A controlled drug with intent to supply, possession of a prohibited weapon, handling stolen goods, and possessing, converting and transferring criminal property.
He is due to appear before Belfast Magistrates Court on January 11.
