THREE men questioned by police investigating the dissident republican group Oglaigh na hEireann under the Terrorism Act have been released.

The men, 55, 46 and 50, had been arrested in west Belfast yesterday under the Terrorism Act.

The arrests were part of an ongoing investigation into criminality linked to Óglaigh na hÉireann.

A police spokeswoman said they had been released following questioning.

A fourth man, aged 52, remains in police custody.
