LINE of Duty star Adrian Dunbar is to join former Taoiseach Enda Kenny tonight on RTÉ's Late Late Show.

Enniskillen-born Dunbar plays Superintendent Ted Hastings in the hugely popular BBC police thriller, which is filmed in Belfast.

It has returned to screens for its sixth season, the opening episode of which attracted a record 9.56 million viewers.

Meanwhile, former Fine Gael politician and taoiseach Enda Kenny will discuss his new RTÉ television series exploring Ireland's railway routes.

Other guests for the RTÉ One show, which airs at 9.35pm, include journalist and author Paul Howard and new RTÉ Prime Time presenter Sarah McInerney.
