A MAN remains in a critically ill condition at the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast after being pulled from a fishing lake in Co Down.
Emergency services were alerted after the man was found face down in the water near Lough Road in Dromore on Tuesday around 9.15am.
A rapid response paramedic, ambulance officer and an A&E crew were despatched, as was the air ambulance.
The man was taken to hospital by ambulance.
