A 29-YEAR-OLD man has been charged with arson endangering life after a car was set alight in a Co Down village.
It's understood the charge relates to an incident in the Shorelands Crescent area of Cloughey in the early hours of Thursday when a parked car was set alight.
The accused is due to appear on Friday at Newtownards Magistrates Court.
An 18-year-old man arrested in relation to the same incident has been released pending a report to the Public Prosecution Service.
