A MAN aged 43 was arrested after police seized £75,000 worth of herbal cannabis in a car in the Enniskillen area.
The drugs were found in a car stopped by police on the Belfast Road, Tamlaght around 3pm on Wednesday.
Detective Inspector Tom McClure from Reactive and Organised Crime Branch said: "We stopped this vehicle as part of a wider investigation into the activities of what we believe is an organised crime gang operating in Northern Ireland.
"The cannabis, which we estimate to have a street value of around £76,000 was located inside the car along with a small quantity of class A drugs believed to be cocaine. A house in Claremount Street in Belfast has also now been searched and a number of items have been seized for examination."
Police appealed for information.
