Vehicle “completely destroyed” in Co Antrim arson attack

Police are appealing for witnesses after a vehicle was “completely destroyed” in Co Antrim.

The incident happened in the Farmley Park area of Glengormley on Friday night.

The PSNI believe the cause of the fire was deliberate.

Emergency services, including the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service, attended the scene and extinguished the fire at around 10.50pm.

No one was injured and a spokesperson for the PSNI confirmed that the fire did not cause any other damage.

Police are appealing for witnesses, or anyone who may have noticed “suspicious behaviour” in the area, to come forward.
