Once-prominent loyalist and convicted paedophile Mark Harbinson is facing charges in relation to breaching the terms of his sex offenders order.
The 58-year-old faces two charges in relation to his conviction for abusing a 13-year-old girl in an Orange Hall in 2011.
Court documents show Harbinson, of Sheepwalk Road near the Co Antrim village of Stonyford, failed to tell police before flying to Antalya in Turkey last August.
The former Orangeman is also accused of failing to provide the PSNI with his name, home address and date of birth, also in August 2024.
The case against him is due to be mentioned at Lisburn Magistrates Court on Friday.

Harbinson was jailed for three and a half years in 2011, with a further three and a half to be spent on licence, for abusing the girl and of having topless photographs of her.
He was caught by police with the victim in his car on October 26, 2009.
During a five-week trial at Craigavon Crown Court, the jury heard how during the period of offending, which began in March that year, Harbinson begged for kisses and told the girl he “could not wait until she was 16”.
The court was told he had three times more contact with the schoolgirl than his own wife, sharing more than 1,750 text messages.
Following his conviction, Harbinson was expelled from the Orange Order.
It was as a member of the order that he came to prominence during the Drumcree parading dispute, which he described as “Ulster’s Alamo”.
