MCL InsureTech are recruiting for a customer service role to service their Northern Ireland customers.
You will provide a fast and efficient customer service to new and existing customers in Northern Ireland. You will ensure excellent customer service is always provided whilst communicating courteously and accurately.
This role will cover all aspects of customer interaction from chatting online to handling complaints.
You will also ensure that the business is fulfilling its obligations with regards to the regulatory environment and its products are tested and compliant with the relevant underwriting and rating guides.

Compliance Officer, Lagan Specialist Contracting Group
As compliance officer, you will assist the general counsel with implementing the compliance strategy and ensuring that the company complies with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
You will also support the implementation of sustainable practices to minimise environmental impact and promote social responsibility. You will be encouraged to be innovative and live through the company’s core culture and values in what will be a varied and interesting role.
A keen interest in matters of business administration and compliance, along with and a willingness to learn and develop understanding is essential.
