Paris Hilton’s younger brother, Conrad Hilton, has been charged with breaching a restraining order after allegedly taking a Bentley from the house of an ex-girlfriend’s father.
The 23-year-old heir to the Hilton hotel empire was charged in Los Angeles on Tuesday with breaching a court order to keep away from two homes in the Hollywood Hills, prosecutors said.
Hilton, along with William Bell, 20, was also charged with taking a car, Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office said.
They allegedly took the Bentley Continental from the father’s home before driving it to another house to seek out Hilton’s ex-girlfriend.
The alleged breaches have landed Hilton, of Los Angeles, with two charges of disobeying a domestic relations restraining order and one of contempt of court.
If convicted, Hilton faces four years in jail while Bell, of Santa Monica, faces three years in prison.
Hilton was arrested for violating a restraining order at an ex-girlfriend’s home nearly two years ago.
