Since gaining office in 2013 President Uhuru Kenyatta of Kenya has made a name for himself for opening things.
Of course we don’t mean troublesome jars, we mean the launching and commissioning of complicatedly-named projects with as much of a flourish as possible. Here’s some recent examples.
