The sun may not be shining this summer, but Belfast's Victoria Square is on a mission to brighten up summer in the city, with a month-long Summer of Colour programme of events, creating colourful fun for all the family.

From free family raves to colourful craft stations, face painting and live DJs every weekend, to more intimate events and experience including yoga in the dome, paint and prosecco and paint and pizza parties, Summer of Colour has something to suit everyone at Victoria Square throughout August.

Plus, every weekend, the best local traders from Belfast and beyond will bring treats and trinkets to the mall on the lower ground floor, all handmade and sourced by local businesses.

Highlights include:

Paint & Prosecco, Friday 4 August, 6pm, Victoria Square Dome: Join Abstract Art Academy for a peaceful evening painting and exploring abstract art while sipping Prosecco, whilst taking in the Belfast’s best views from Victoria Square’s iconic dome. Tickets cost £15.
