This is a delicate salmon pink Rosé which is both crisp and refreshing. It boasts notes of citrus fruit, exotic fruit (passion fruit and mango) and red fruits (redcurrant, strawberry, raspberry and cherry) floral notes such as white flowers and fennel. The classic Provence taste is crisp, refreshing and clean on the palate. It would pair well with shellfish, charcuterie or a cheeseboard.
